Introduction
to EAGLE (5 days): This
course introduces students to the Enhanced Automated Graphical
Logistics Environment (EAGLE) and the Responsible Support
Engineer concept. All of EAGLE's major "disciplines,"
or modules, are covered, as well as real-world lessons
learned about LSA and EAGLE processing/techniques. A workbook
is included.
Prerequisites: Working knowledge
of MIL-STD-1388-2B logistics specifications is required.
Familiarity with relational databases is recommended.
Introduction to EAGLE (2 days): This is a fast-paced
introductory course designed for students unable to attend
the 5-day Introduction to EAGLE course. It covers the
same basic topics as the 5-day course, and introduces
students to selected EAGLE "disciplines," or
modules. A workbook is included.
Prerequisites: Working knowledge
of MIL-STD-1388-2B logistics specifications is required.
Familiarity with EAGLE or earlier versions of EAGLE is
recommended.
Advanced EAGLE (3 days):
This course introduces students to advanced EAGLE features,
including the following topics:
• EAGLE database design and structure
• Tailoring the EAGLE database and application
• Advanced Ad Hoc queries
• Advanced technical manual features
Prerequisites: Completion
of the Introduction to EAGLE course (2-day or 5-day),
or six months practical experience using EAGLE. |
AIMSS's
interactive electronic technical manual (IETM) database
development training course provides the knowledge and
skills necessary to create or convert paper documentation
into Class 4 IETMs. This course shows you how to maintain
an IETM database in the most cost-effective, efficient
manner. The basic 24-hour course comprises half lecture
and half laboratory exercises, and can be taught at your
facility and tailored to meet your needs.

Training: Training is available on a wide
range of subjects including Reliability Predictions, Modeling,
FMECA, Maintainability, and Testability, RCM, and LSAR
data exchange. Classes may be arranged for up to 10 students
per class and held at the user's site. These classes are
tailorable to meet users' specific needs. Classes are
also available at our site in Dallas, Texas.
